Guwahati, Feb 10: Assam cops detained six persons for questioning in connection with the kidnapping of 30-year-old Ankur Surana and recovered the personal vehicle of the prime accused from near the Rangia railway station.
Earlier, five persons were arrested for their alleged involvement in the case.

Police said apart from the main accused, Prabal Kalia, two more suspects are still absconding.
Kalita is suspected to have fled the state by train as his car was found near the station. Surana was kidnapped from Guwahati’s Bharalumukh on February 1.
