{"id":11945,"date":"2021-05-31T14:54:29","date_gmt":"2021-05-31T09:24:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nerising.in\/?p=11945"},"modified":"2021-05-31T16:10:50","modified_gmt":"2021-05-31T10:40:50","slug":"assam-16-year-old-girl-dies-after-a-litchi-seed-got-stuck-in-her-throat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/northeastrising.in\/test\/assam-16-year-old-girl-dies-after-a-litchi-seed-got-stuck-in-her-throat\/","title":{"rendered":"Assam: 16-year-old girl dies after a litchi seed got stuck in her throat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gs\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div id=\":rt\" class=\"ii gt\">\n<div id=\":rm\" class=\"a3s aiL \">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><strong>Assam, May 31:<\/strong> In a shocking incident, a 16-year-old girl died after a litchi seed got stuck in her throat, in Assam\u2019s Jorhat district.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The incident took place at Kakajan Sonari village under Teok police station in Jorhat district on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The deceased girl was identified as 16-year-old Priya Bora.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">According to the reports, the father of the girl who is a police constable had brought some litchis to home from the market area.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">While she was eating litchi, a litchi seed got stuck in Priya&#8217;s throat after which she started choking and had a hard time breathing.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The family members had immediately admitted her at <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aarogya.us\/hospitals\/teok-fru-primary-health-center\">Teok FRU hospital<\/a><\/span>, but she had breathed her last.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Jiten Bora \u2013 father of the deceased girl said that \u2013 \u201c<strong>After a litchi seed stuck her throat, we immediately admitted her at Teok FRU hospital Assam. She had faced breathing problems.
