He reportedly manhandled a staff nurse Lhingneivah Haokip while on duty at COVID-19 Ward 3.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened on Wednesday and was captured on CCTV. Later, the footage went viral, after which the JNIMS management came to know about the matter.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-12441-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"352\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/nerising.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Video-2021-06-11-at-18.39.25.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/nerising.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Video-2021-06-11-at-18.39.25.mp4\">https:\/\/nerising.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Video-2021-06-11-at-18.39.25.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>On Thursday, JNIMS director Prof Th Bhimo Singh instructed the medical superintendent, doctors in charge of COVID-19 ward 3, and other officials to hold an inquiry into the matter and submit a report.
