According to the reports, the 25-year-old youth identified as Torin Tikhir had borrowed a .22 caliber pistol from another person in order to woo his girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Later, Dimapur police had arrested the youth and recovered the arm along with three rounds of live ammunition.
