A provision requiring the main door to be transparent and no massage from the opposite sex is included in the new guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Several complaints have been received from citizens alleging that certain spas and parlours are inflicting malpractices that are detrimental to civic society, according to the order signed by Devashish Sharma, commissioner of the <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/gmc.assam.gov.in\/\">Guwahati Municipal Corporation<\/a><\/span>. Observing public morality and observing the laws which govern a civic society is the Core Duty of the Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>As per the new rules in Guwahati, salons, spas, and parlours will not be permitted to have separate rooms within the premises. The main doors of these establishments will be transparent.
