So nonce under Section 72 (C) of Assam Forest Regulation 1891 (Amended Act 1995)<\/strong> is hereby issued with a direction to vacate the forest land with your properties within 15 days\u2019 time from the issue of this notice, <strong>failing which eviction operation will be carried out by the forest department as per rule and the department will not be responsible for any loss caused due to the eviction operation<\/strong>,\u201d the notice read.<\/p>\n<p>All the villages where the Assam forest officials served the notice are located inside Arunachal\u2019s territory.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Also Read<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/northeastrising.in\/assam-evicts-562-families-following-a-one-month-old-violence-in-dhalpur\/\">Assam Evicts 562 Families, Following A One-Month-Old Violence In Dhalpur<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All Nyishi Youth Association (<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AllNyishiYouthAssociation\/\">ANYA<\/a><\/span>) has strongly demanded that the state government hold talks with its Assam counterpart in this regard \u201c<strong>as the case will be very sensitive and volatile if Assam forest officials will carry out illegal eviction drive in Arunachal territory after 15 days of notice<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>An illegal eviction drive notice board was also found hanging on a tree in Gumto IV village, near the police check gate at Gumto, in Papum Pare district<\/strong>,\u201d the association stated in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>Vehemently condemning the \u201c<strong>illegal and forceful attempt<\/strong>\u201d of the Assam forest officials to capture Arunachal\u2019s land, the ANYA reiterated that both Arunachal and Assam should obey the SC\u2019s direction to maintain the status quo along the interstate boundaries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arunachal, Nov 20: An eviction notice served by the Harmuty (Assam) ranges forest officer created panic in the villagers of Belo, Lora, Buka, and Gumto in Papum Pare district to vacate alleged forest land within 15 days.
