While the investigation is on, the two persons arrested so far in this connection,\u201d<\/strong> a police official said.<\/p>\n<p>The arrested persons were identified as Khangembam Mangi Singh (43) of Chingtham village under Khongjom PS in Thoubal district of Manipur and Shagolsem Manglemjao Singh (32) of\u00a0 Sapam under Khongjom PS in Thoubal district of Manipur.
