Their hut was completely buried in the landslide, they said.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>\u201cAll three bodies have been recovered from under the debris,\u201d<\/strong> said Rabin Sewa, sub-divisional magistrate of Sikkim\u2019s capital Gangtok, who reached the spot with the rescue team.<\/h6>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Also Read<\/span>:<\/span> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/northeastrising.in\/assam-police-seize-destroy-drugs-worth-%e2%82%b915cr-on-international-day-against-drug-abuse\/\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Assam: Police Seize &amp; Destroy Drugs Worth \u20b915Cr On International Day Against Drug Abuse<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/h6>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Bimal Mangar, the father of the children, is a driver by profession and was in West Bengal\u2019s Siliguri when the incident took place.<\/p>\n<p>Sikkim and large areas of north Bengal, including Darjeeling and Kalimpong hills, have been experiencing heavy rainfall over the last few days, triggering landslides at multiple places.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cNational Highway 10 (NH10) has been hit by 22 new landslides in north Bengal,\u201d<\/strong> said Subodh Chettri, executive engineer of PWD Division 9, which is the custodian of NH10 in West Bengal.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Highway_10_(India)\">NH10<\/a><\/span>, which is the lifeline of Sikkim, often remains closed during monsoon. It was open till reports last came in.
