Guwahati, Sep 23: <\/strong>In view of the imminent festive season, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday advised the finance branch to start early disbursal of salaries to all state government employees. Early revenue disbursal will start on September 29 withinside the northeastern country.<\/p>\n
