Itanagar, Oct 28:\u00a0<\/strong>The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) registered a case to research alleged malpractices in the appointment of assistant engineers (civil) by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).<\/p>\n
