Pradyot Bikram Manikya Deb Barma begins by expressing his profound sadness and sickness in his stomach upon witnessing the disturbing video from Manipur. He confesses that throughout his life, whenever such heinous acts occurred in India, he had always reassured others that such incidents did not happen in the North East.
