New Delhi, Aug 10:\u00a0<\/strong>As the nation awaited the Prime Minister’s response to a no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha, a notable development emerged in Manipur. A group of 40 Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) from Manipur submitted a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, outlining six significant demands aimed at promoting peace, security, and stability in the region.<\/p>\n

Among the key requests were the implementation of the National Register of Citizens (NRC<\/a><\/span>) and a comprehensive disarmament initiative. This article delves into the content of the MLAs’ letters and sheds light on the concerns and aspirations that underpin their demands.<\/p>\n

In their letter to the Prime Minister, the Manipur MLAs highlighted the pressing need for complete disarmament in the state.
