This groundbreaking achievement marks a significant advancement in the field of medical science in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Led by Dr. Rinchin Dorjee Megeji, Associate Professor of Cardiology, and Dr. Tony Ete, Assistant Professor, the medical team at the Department of Cardiology played a pivotal role in carrying out this complex procedure. Their expertise and dedication, along with the support of the cath lab staff, which includes nurses and technicians, were instrumental in the successful execution of the procedure.<\/p>\n<p>The Coronary Angioplasty (Radial) PTCA procedure involves the use of a catheter to clear blocked arteries and improve blood flow to the heart.
