Itanagar, Oct 13:\u00a0<\/strong>Union Road Transport & Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has given the green light to seven bridge projects in Arunachal Pradesh, a significant development aimed at bolstering connectivity and driving economic progress within the state. These projects, with a combined cost of Rs 118.5 crore, fall under the Setu Bandhan scheme, and each holds a unique significance for the region.<\/p>\n

Here’s an overview of the approved bridge projects:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. RCC Bridge Over Pacha River at Lachang:\n
      \n
    • Location: Laimoya, Nerewa & Sorrowa villages in East Kameng District.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • RCC Bridge from Goang to Donigaon Village:\n
        \n
      • Location: Over Pacha River at Goang, on the way to Donigaon in East Kameng District.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Three Bridges on NH-313:\n
          \n
        • Location: Spanning from Roing-Anini road to New Chidu village via NHPC Colony in Lower Dibang District.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Double Lane Steel Composite Bridge with RCC Decking at Kharsa, Dirang:\n
            \n
          • Location: West Kameng District.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • RCC Bridge at Pikte Point:\n
              \n
            • Location: Across the river, Sigen connects Tabiripo Saku village on Koyu-Goye road in Lower Siang District.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • RCC Bridge Over Ngopok River:\n

              • Location: Mebo-Dholla Road in East Siang<\/a><\/span> District.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Steel Composite Bridge Over River Panyor:\n
