These measures and more will be implemented if the Congress party secures victory in the Northeastern state.<\/p>\n<h6>The Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) Spokesperson, Ronald Sapa Tlai, emphasized that the party&#8217;s primary objective is to establish a transparent and corruption-free administration that operates effectively. The party is committed to supporting farmers and entrepreneurs by launching the Young <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mizo_people\">Mizo<\/a><\/span> Entrepreneurs Program (YmElevate), which will offer startup funding and create 100,000 job opportunities for Mizo youth.<\/p>\n<p>The Congress manifesto further outlines its intention to provide health insurance coverage of up to Rs 15 lakhs to families without government-employed members.
