He had served as the commandant of the 36 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/nerising.in\/bsf-seized-118-cattle-in-meghalaya\/\">BSF<\/a><\/span><\/span> Battalion in Malda district of West Bengal between December 2015 and April 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Kumar has been booked under IPC section 120B and Sections 7, 11, and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
