We are always indebted to soldiers like him who is leading in the front for the safety and security of the Nation<\/strong>,&#8221; the chief minister tweeted.<\/p>\n<p>Singh said the state always encourage youths to join the armed forces.<\/p>\n<p>Rangnamei, a native of the Senapati district was commissioned in the <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/nerising.in\/indian-army-celebrates-tamla-du-festival-in-arunachal-pradesh\/\">Indian Army<\/a><\/span> in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Capt Rangnamei was seen raining blows on a Chinese soldier in a video of last year&#8217;s Galwan incident, recently released by the Chinese media.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manipur, Feb 24: Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has felicitated Indian Army Captain Soiba Maningba Rangnamei for his bravery during the clash with the Chinese People&#8217;s Liberation Army in Eastern Ladakh&#8217;s Galwan Valley last year.
