Itanagar, Feb 25: In a significant political development, four MLAs from Arunachal Pradesh have joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), bolstering the party’s strength in the state.

Among the newly inducted members are two MLAs from the Congress party, Ninong Ering and Wanglin Lowangdong, along with two MLAs from the National People’s Party (NPP), Mutchu Mithi and Gokar Basar.

The joining ceremony took place in the presence of Ashok Singhal, the BJP’s in-charge for Arunachal Pradesh, along with the State Party President and Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
