Aizawl, Oct 15: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi is set to embark on a tour of the state of Mizoram in preparation for the upcoming state assembly elections.

Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Mizoram is scheduled for October 15th and 16th, where he will engage in various activities to connect with the people.

One of the key highlights of his visit is a symbolic march from Chanmari to Raj Bhavan as part of the “Bharat Jodo Yatra” (Connect India March).

Additionally, Rahul Gandhi plans to visit the Lunglei District during his stay in Mizoram. His visit will conclude on October 18th.

Matthew, a spokesperson for the All India Congress Committee (AICC), highlighted that Rahul Gandhi is extending his journey to Mizoram to serve as a voice and advocate for the people of Mizoram.
