Sakti, September 30, 2026: Sakti district has received 38 development projects valued at more than ₹121.70 crore, giving a major boost to local infrastructure and public services.

Fifteen completed projects worth approximately ₹42.46 crore were inaugurated, while foundation stones were laid for 23 additional projects costing nearly ₹79.25 crore.

The projects cover roads, education, healthcare and other public facilities. They are expected to improve connectivity, strengthen essential services and provide better access to development opportunities for residents.

Improved roads will support travel, trade and access to markets, while investments in education and healthcare will strengthen the district’s social infrastructure.

The development package reflects the government’s focus on taking infrastructure growth to districts and communities beyond major urban centres.

For Sakti, the projects represent an important step towards stronger connectivity, improved services and faster local development.
