New Delhi, April 14: The Indian embassy in Israel issued a directive to its citizens following Iran’s unprecedented attack on Israeli territory.
Urging calm and adherence to local safety guidelines, the embassy assured ongoing monitoring of the situation and collaboration with Israeli authorities and the Indian community. It also provided a 24/7 emergency helpline and encouraged registration for assistance.
In response to recent events, including Iran’s attack and the strike on its consulate in Syria, tensions have escalated.
Iran claims its strike on Israel was in retaliation for alleged “Israeli crimes,” while Israel neither confirmed nor denied responsibility for the consulate attack, which resulted in casualties among senior Revolutionary Guard Corps members.
