Despite recent rumors swirling about his health and reports of angioplasty, Bachchan debunked them with a casual ‘fake news’ retort when quizzed by paparazzi at the event.
Sporting a white hoodie, Bachchan radiated positivity as he greeted photographers with a warm smile.
