Itanagar, July 22: The bodies of four riders who had gone missing have been recovered from Ziro in Arunachal Pradesh on Friday.

The bodies have been recovered after 2days of missing.

The victims have been identified as Nayan Basumatary (30), Bedanta Barmahela (34), Hirak Bodo (32), and Sanjib Das (34).

All of them were the residents of Nagaon district of Assam. According to reports, the car was traced at Jharna Point near Saddle, Nechpihu on Balipara-Charduar-Tawang (BCT) road.

Reportedly, four of the riders belonged to different motorcycle riding clubs and were traveling in an AS01-BP-06-05 from Nagaon to Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh.

However, two bodies were found at the foot of the Dirang hills.

It may be noted that they had been reported missing since July 19 (Tuesday). Their white car was found lying nearby.
