Project CARE aims to have 100 oxygen concentrators more as it wants to expand its Covid assistance to Kurseong, Kalimpong, Darjeeling and Mirik areas. So far 15 oxygen concentrators have been installed by the group, with another 10 coming in a week’s time.

The group is also providing food and oximeters to Covid patient in house isolation along with support like PPE kits, medicines and tele – counselling, and sanitization of their homes.

They have tied up with few hotels here to provide safe homes and meals for nurses and staff of the government Covid ward who cannot go home and need isolation.
