For January 11, the RMC’s fog alert covers Nalbari, Bongaigaon, Kokrajhar, Dhubri, South Salmara, and Goalpara. All Northeast states, except Arunachal Pradesh, are likely to experience similar fog conditions.

The dense fog has contributed to an increase in road accidents in recent days, leading to advisories for drivers to exercise caution due to reduced visibility. Transportation services, including the Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, have also been disrupted, affecting travel in the Delhi-NCR region.

As challenging weather conditions persist, residents and travelers are urged to stay informed and take necessary precautions to ensure safety.
