Gangtok, Sep 09: Former Minister Tshering Wangdi Lepcha has resigned from the Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) Party. A long-time member since 1993, Lepcha expressed gratitude for his political journey but cited unavoidable reasons for his departure.
This development comes after SDF President Pawan Chamling announced the dissolution of nearly all party committees, including the Central Working Committee and District Working Committees, during a Central Executive Committee meeting on September 2, 2024.
