Dibrugarh, Jan 29: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma participated in a wall painting campaign at the construction site of the BJP office on Lila Gogoi Path in Dibrugarh.

During the event, he painted the BJP’s party symbol, the ‘Lotus,’ at Chowkidinghee Charali as part of the party’s strategic preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Expressing his involvement on social media, Assam CM shared a photo of the painted lotus on his handle, stating, “BJP’s lotus – both on the walls and in the hearts of the people.”

The symbolic act not only showcases the party’s commitment to its identity but also engages with the public through digital platforms.

The wall painting campaign is part of the broader BJP national campaign, led by National President J.P. Nadda, featuring the slogan “Ek Baar Phir Se Modi Sarkar” (Once again, a Modi government).

The initiative aims to rally support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bid for a third consecutive term.

The launch of the campaign witnessed J.P. Nadda himself participating by painting the lotus symbol on a wall. This gesture underscores the party’s narrative of ongoing progress and stability under Modi’s leadership.

The ‘Wall Writing’ program is not confined to Dibrugarh but is part of a nationwide movement. Similar activities are planned at every polling booth across India, demonstrating the BJP’s extensive outreach strategy.
