Ronaldo, 36, arranged for a themed laser show on the tallest building in the world, Dubai’s landmark Burj Khalifa, on January 27. The 828-metre-tall building lit up with images of the stunning Spaniard, as seen in her Netflix show I Am Georgina – released on the same day – which covers her rags-to-riches story and her whirlwind romance.
The cost of placing a three-minute promotional ad or message on the tower’s facade is a minimum of US$68,000, which is a drop in the ocean of wealth amassed by Ronaldo, who makes US$108 million in remunerations and as much as US$1.6m for a single post on Instagram.
