India, Feb 1: PM Narendra Modi Lauding the “sabka” Budget after the presentation of the Union Budget 2021-22 in Parliament on Monday. PM Narendra Modi said this year’s budget has farmers and rural India at its heart and focus of the Budget was on ease of living, ease of doing business, health, and wealth.
Referring to the coronavirus pandemic, PM Narendra Modi said the Budget 2021 has been presented amid unprecedented circumstances. PM Narendra Modi said the Budget 2021 reflects India’s confidence and will boost the country’s self-confidence in the world.
PM Narendra Modi said the Budget 2021-22 speaks for all-round development. “Today’s Budget shows India’s confidence and will instill self-confidence in the world. The Budget has the vision of self-reliance and features every section of the society,” PM Narendra Modi said.

“Budget has a special focus on strengthening agriculture sector, boosting farmers’ income; villages and farmers are at its heart. The Budget has provisions for further strengthening APMC mandis through Agri Infrastructure fund. Budget 2021 shows that villages and farmers are at the core of it,” Prime Minister Modi said. PM Modi’s mention of farmers assumes significance as the thousands of farmers have been protesting against the Centre’s farm laws on Delhi borders.
“The government, while keeping in sync with fiscal sustainability, stressed on increasing the Budget size, and did not put pressure on the citizens. Our government has always tried to keep the Budget transparent,” Prime Minister Modi said.
“The Budget aims to widen new growth opportunities, new openings for youth, new high to human resources. This Budget will bring several positive changes for individuals, investors, and the industry and infrastructure sector. It’s a pro-active budget that gives a boost to wealth as well as wellness,” the prime minister said.
