Imphal, Sep 20: A Web portal – ‘CM Da Haisi’ to receive complaints and grievances from the general public was launched by Chief Minister N. Biren Singh at Imphal in Manipur.

The call of the internet portal is ‘CM Da Haisi’ (English translation- Inform to CM) and the general public can enhance their grievances in the web portal by logging in directly to www.cmdahaisi.mn.gov.in. The complainants can also check the status of their complaints.

CM N Biren Singh shared the news on Twitter and wrote that “Delighted to have launched the ‘CM Da Haisi’ web portal at my office today. It will enable fast redressal of public grievances and provide a platform to raise corruption-related issues. This will further enable us to bring transparency and accountability in governance.”

The Public Grievances Redressal and Anti-Corruption Cell stationed at CM Secretariat will use the portal to liaison with the worried branch to redress the grievances of the general public within a stipulated time and additionally to offer the actionable court cases to the State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department for in addition inquiry and investigation.

It can be referred to that the Public Grievance Redressal and Anti-Corruption Cell has obtained a complete 134 court cases seeing that in March 2022 and out of which 85 percent of the court cases were resolved and communicated to the complainants. The launching rite of the internet-portal ‘CM Da Haisi’ become attended by State Ministers, MLAs, and senior Civil and Police officers.
