Shillong, April 03: During the early hours of Wednesday, two unidentified individuals launched an attack on the Mawlai Police Station in Meghalaya, hurling a petrol bomb that ignited a police vehicle.
The incident occurred around 2:00 AM, according to police sources.

The perpetrators arrived on a two-wheeler and targeted a parked Gypsy outside the police station. Fortunately, no casualties were reported from the attack.
