Nagaland helicopter services

Nagaland, 9th October: The weekly schedule of helicopter services will resume in Nagaland from October 12 under certain conditions, said the Nagaland State Transport General Manager.

It was also informed that before boarding the flight, every passenger will have to produce a COVID-19 negative report by TrueNAT or Rapid Antigen Test or by RT-PCR which should be signed by an authorized medical officer. This system of checking the COVID-19 reports will be followed strictly.

It was also informed by the Nagaland State Transport General Manager that at this initial stage, the resumption of helicopter services would be between the district headquarters only.

According to the circular that was issued by the General Manager of Nagaland State Transport, the weekly services will be resumed with full seat occupancy and with an increase of Rs 300 per seat for all the sectors to take care of the additional cost such as, mask, sanitizer, and face cover.

All the operating units have been requested to strictly follow and maintain the contents of the terms and conditions specified in the circular by the Government while operating the helicopter service for the safety of all the passengers and also the officials.
