Northeast India COVID-19 cases reaches 20 now.

The number of COVID-19 positive cases in Northeast India has now touched 20 with most of the patients being returned from Nizamuddin Markaz, Delhi.

Arunachal Pradesh :

Arunachal Pradesh registered its first positive case in a remote district of Tezu. The test reports have been positive and the patient has been sent to quarantine.

First COVID-19 positive case detected in Tezu in Arunachal Pradesh.

The person from Tezu who visited Nizamuddin Markaz at Delhi has been found positive as per the sample sent in ICMR -Dibrugarh.

Three new cases are also those who joined Tabligh-e-Jamaat congregation at Nizamuddin Markaz.

Manipur Chief Minister Biren Singh confirmed the 2nd case.

One more COVID-19 positive case reported in Manipur, who joined Tabligh-e-Jamaat congregation at Nizamuddin Markaz. Total number of positive cases for COVID-19 in Manipur increases to two.
