Udaipur, Sept 24: The much-anticipated wedding of Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha has finally taken place. The couple exchanged vows on September 24 at The Leela Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan, in a grand ceremony attended by close friends and family.
Parineeti and Raghav, along with their guests, arrived in Udaipur on September 22, setting the stage for a multi-day celebration. The pre-wedding festivities included haldi and sangeet ceremonies held at the opulent Leela Palace hotel on September 23.
The main wedding rituals commenced on September 24, beginning with various ceremonies and traditions. The day began with a sehrabandi ceremony at The Taj Lake Palace, followed by Parineeti’s chooda ceremony at The Leela Palace. A boat procession then made its way to The Leela Palace, where the couple would exchange their wedding vows.
The wedding venue was beautifully adorned with decorations showcasing Mewar tradition, providing a picturesque backdrop for the ceremonies. Following the pheras, where the couple took their wedding vows, Parineeti and Raghav hosted a grand wedding reception at The Leela Palace in the evening.

The star-studded guest list included prominent personalities like Sania Mirza, former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, celebrated designer Manish Malhotra, and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray, among others. These guests were spotted at the Udaipur airport, making their way to the festivities.
Notably, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann arrived in Udaipur on September 23 to participate in the wedding celebrations.
However, one notable absence at the wedding was Parineeti’s cousin, actress Priyanka Chopra. She had conveyed her best wishes to the bride-to-be on Instagram, sparking speculation about her absence from the festivities.
As the celebrations continued, the iconic Bollywood song ‘Dulhe Ka Sehra’ from the movie ‘Dhadkan’ filled the wedding venue, adding to the joyful atmosphere during Parineeti’s vidaai (farewell) ceremony.
Parineeti Chopra’s radiant glow was evident in a viral picture from the mehendi ceremony, where she was surrounded by well-wishing guests who had gathered to celebrate the couple’s special day.
