Dibrugarh, Dec 27: Severe hailstorm lashes Dibrugarh in Assam. Visuals from the Moran area in the district.
As per IMD, Dibrugarh will have a minimum temperature of 13°C & a maximum temperature of 26°C along with a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers, on Tuesday.
Intense cold conditions prevailed over north India on Tuesday with some places witnessing temperatures below zero degrees.

The MeT Department warned of snowfall in Arunachal Pradesh and hailstorms in some places of Assam and Meghalaya in the next 24 hours.
A bulletin issued with the aid of using the Regional Meteorological Centre in Guwahati stated that light to moderate snowfall is possibly to occur in isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh in the next 24 hours.
It stated that some locations in Meghalaya, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh may also acquire hailstorms in the course of the period.
According to the bulletin, the mercury is possibly to dip across the region, with the minimum temperature in Aizawl likely to be 7.1 degrees Celsius and that in Imphal likely to be 7.7 degrees Celsius.
Agartala and Guwahati will be the warmest cities in the region with temperatures likely to be 29.1 degrees Celsius and 23 degrees Celsius respectively.
