Gangtok, Sep 19: Five political parties of Sikkim figure amongst 86 registered unrecognized political parties which had been delisted currently via way of means of the Election Commission of India (ECI), the state’s Chief Electoral Officer (CEO)’s workplace stated.
The delisted registered unrecognized political parties from Sikkim are Sikkim Gorkha Prajatantrik Party, Sikkim Himali Rajya Parishad Party, Sikkim Jan-Ekta Party, Sikkim Liberation Party, and Sikkim Sangram Parishad, it stated.

The CEO’s workplace stated that If any political party felt aggrieved with this choice of the EC they’ll method the Office of Chief Electoral Officer, Sikkim, or the ECI within 30 days from the date of difficulty of the aforementioned order at the side of all proof of existence, different prison and regulatory compliances such as year-sensible annual audited accounts, contribution reports, expenditure report, updation of workplace bearers such as legal signatories for economic transactions (such as financial institution account).
