Bengal, 6th December: Sudipta Sen wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee from jail on 1st December. He has revealed the name of the political leader with whom he had some transaction.

The letter contains the name of six leaders including Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Sujan Chakraborty, Mukul Roy, Biman Bose, Suvendu Adhikari. He also added the details of the transaction with each of the leaders.

“I Sri Sudipta Sen owner and Director of Saradha Group of companies want to say that there are many influential persons who have taken huge financial viability from me. No action has been taken. I request the C.B.I and the State police kindly take necessary action against them. These include Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury ( 6 crores ), Sujan Chakraborty ( 9 crores), Mukul Roy huge amount of money I cannot remember, Sri Suvendu Adhikary ( 6 crores ), Biman Bose ( 2 crores ) and some other political leader of C.P.I.M, B.J.P, Congress and T. M.C. This is very unfortunate as they are now showing and criticizing others. Earlier I told the C.B.I about all these,” mentioned in the letter.

Sudipta has expressed his disappointment through this letter.

“It is painful for me to see those who are facing high moral and financially cheat poor people and now joining B.J.P. I request the C.B.I and the State police to investigate the matter properly and necessary action may kindly be taken,” further added in the letter.

Ahead of the assembly election 2021, the Saradha Chit fund cases are once again hitting up the politics in Bengal.

“I do hereby like to submit of a Prisoner’s Petition received from UTP Sudipta Sen S/o Lt. Nripendra Narayan Sen for onward submission before the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal or any action as may deem fit and proper,” written in the petition letter to the ADG & IG of Correctional Services of West Bengal.

A few days ago, the CBI team who is investigating the Saradha Chit Fund scam has got an audio clip that had the voice of many people. CBI informed the High Court about an audio clip and started investigating the case. Sudipta Sen has been in jail for the last 6 years in connection with the Saradha case.
