Itanagar, June 12: A devastating accident in Arunachal Pradesh’s Kamle district has resulted in the loss of four lives, including that of a female victim while leaving five others injured.
The incident occurred on Saturday on the Daporijo-Raga road in the Kemliko area, approximately 19 kilometers from Raga. Gochem Tassa, the officer-in-charge of Raga police station, confirmed the unfortunate demise of four individuals in the accident.
According to Tassa, the ill-fated vehicle was traveling from Daporjio towards Itanagar when the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to plunge into a 200-foot-deep gorge.
Along with the fatalities, five additional individuals sustained injuries in the tragic incident. They have been promptly transported to the district civil hospital for urgent medical attention. Authorities are currently awaiting further details regarding the accident.
