Pratima victory

Dhanpur, Sept 05: Union Minister of State Pratima Bhoumik has expressed confidence in the BJP’s victory in both assembly constituencies of Tripura’s Dhanpur and Boxanagar. The by-elections in these constituencies, located in Tripura’s Sepahijala district, are currently underway, with a voter turnout of over 40 percent as of 11 AM.

After casting her vote in the Dhanpur Assembly Constituency, Bhoumik stated that there is no doubt about the BJP candidates winning in both assembly seats. She highlighted the enthusiasm among voters since the declaration of the by-election.

Additionally, voters who couldn’t cast their votes for the BJP during the 2023 assembly elections due to various reasons and confusion now have the opportunity to support the party and its development initiatives.

Bhoumik expressed confidence that the BJP would win by a significant margin, citing the party’s commitment to development. She mentioned that the BJP has provided essential services such as free rice, water connections, and toilets to the people, fulfilling its promises without asking for rally attendance or financial contributions. Despite not having any BJP MLAs in the past 32 years, the party aims to provide flagship programs to the people and believes that voters will choose development over past records of neglect.
