Itanagar, Feb 06: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu led a delegation of 70 individuals, including his cabinet colleagues, on a significant pilgrimage to Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

Their purpose? To pay homage and offer prayers at the newly inaugurated Ram temple, a revered symbol of faith for millions across India.

Arriving at the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya on February 6, the delegation embarked on this spiritual journey to express their reverence and devotion to Lord Ram.

Arunachal Pradesh had already showcased its deep-rooted connection with the Ram temple’s consecration ceremony on January 22.

Throughout the northeastern state, joyous celebrations resonated with religious fervor as special prayers and rallies commemorated the historic event in Ayodhya.

In a gesture of solidarity and devotion, LED screens across Arunachal Pradesh broadcasted live streams of the ceremony, enabling residents to participate in the auspicious occasion from their own communities.

The presence of senior BJP leaders, ministers, and MLAs at the ceremony underscored the profound significance of the moment for the nation.
