Guwahati, Feb 11: In a resolute condemnation of the distortion of religious slogans for fostering animosity, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi made a poignant statement in parliament, emphasizing the supremacy of ethical and constitutional values in governance.

Gogoi articulated the core tenets of dharma, underscoring the paramountcy of truth, compassion, and service to humanity in shaping both individual conduct and state policies. He emphasized that these values form the bedrock not only of religious teachings but also of the governance ethos of India.
