Itanagar, Oct 28: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) registered a case to research alleged malpractices in the appointment of assistant engineers (civil) by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC).

“The complainant (a candidate) had alleged that the accused (an instructor of the institute) changed into in ownership of query papers for the stated exam disclosing leakage of paper through him in connivance with unknown officers of APPSC,” stated the declaration.

The CBI declaration, however, did now no longer call the accused.
