Ayodhya, Nov 08: The construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, scheduled for the placement of idols in the sanctum sanctorum on January 22, is nearing its final stages.

Champat Rai, the general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has offered a glimpse of the temple’s grandeur through recently shared images.

These pictures capture the ongoing work, with cranes and dedicated workers tirelessly adding the finishing touches to the magnificent structure, illuminated by the night.

Champat Rai extended an invitation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi last month to attend the ‘Pran Pratishthha‘ ceremony, confirming the inauguration date for the Ram temple as January 22, 2024.

In response, PM Modi expressed his deep gratitude and anticipation of witnessing this historic moment. He wrote, “Recently, the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had come to meet me at my residence. He has invited me to come to Ayodhya on the occasion of the consecration of the Shri Ram Temple. I feel very blessed. It is my good fortune that in my lifetime, I will witness this historic occasion.”
