This pivotal moment comes in the wake of the arrest of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren by the Enforcement Directorate on charges related to a money laundering case.

Despite Hemant Soren’s arrest, a special PMLA court has permitted him to participate in the trust vote, acknowledging his rights as a member of the assembly.
