Despite repeated attempts to address the non-compliance, Aarka Sports did not adhere to the agreed-upon terms.

In response, MSD revoked the authority letter granted to Aarka Sports on August 15th, 2021, and issued multiple legal notices, all of which went unanswered.

Dayanand Singh, representing MSD through Vidhi Associates, stated that they were deceived and cheated by Aarka Sports, leading to a financial loss exceeding Rs 15 crore.

The legal action reflects Dhoni’s determination to seek justice for the alleged breach of agreement and financial misconduct by his former business partners.
