Aizawl, April 08: In a tragic incident, a 31-year-old man was killed when lightning struck him at Sakeilui-II village in the southernmost Lawngtlai district of Mizoram.
The victim has been identified named as Mithun Chakma. This incident occurred when he was having his dinner at his neighbour’s house.
The lighting struck the house and hit Mithun Chakma, who died on the spot. The deceased is survived by his wife and three children.
