President Murmu’s speech holds significance as it typically serves as a platform to highlight the government’s past achievements and articulate policy priorities for the approaching year.

This presentation provides a comprehensive framework outlining the government’s agenda and direction.

In a social media post, Minister Joshi shared the details, stating, “#InterimBudgetSession2024, the last session of the Seventeenth Lok Sabha, will be held from 31st January to 9th February, with the address of Hon’ble President to the Parliament. On 1st February, Hon’ble FM @nsitharaman ji will present the Interim Union Budget.”

The upcoming parliamentary session is poised to attract close attention, not solely for the fiscal policies that will be delineated but also for the political posturing expected as various parties prepare for the imminent general elections.

The intersection of financial strategies and political maneuvering is anticipated to define the discourse during this significant session.
