The COP28 Summit, presided over by the UAE from November 30 to December 12, is expected to underscore the need for collective action to combat climate change and emphasize the critical role of finance in the low-carbon transition. The summit is also poised to focus on securing funding for climate action, particularly from wealthier to less affluent nations.
