Ayodhya, Jan 21: As the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya approaches, final preparations are underway for the consecration of Lord Ram’s idol in the temple’s sanctum sanctorum.

With a surge of devotees expected, nearly 8,000 guests are scheduled to attend the Pran Pratishtha ceremony on Monday, January 22. To facilitate this grand occasion, several state and central governments have declared a half-day holiday.

Aarti Timings:

The consecration rituals, initiated on January 16, involve three Aarti sessions:

  1. Jagaran/Shringar Aarti – 6:30 am
  2. Bhog Aarti – 12 pm
  3. Sandhya Aarti – 7:30 pm

Darshan Timings:

Devotees can partake in Darshan at the Ram Temple during two-time slots: 7 am to 11:30 am and 2 pm to 7 pm.

Booking Aarti/Darshan Passes:

To secure a slot for Aarti or Darshan, devotees need to follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website.
  2. Log in using your mobile number, and an OTP will be sent for registration.
  3. Navigate to ‘My Profile’ to book the desired Aarti or Darshan slot.
  4. Provide the necessary credentials and book your pass.
  5. Collect your pass from the temple counter before entering the premises.

Please note that online booking is currently on hold, and devotees should check the official website for updates.

Same-day offline booking will be available based on slot availability, with devotees required to be present at the temple premises 30 minutes before the Aarti.

Temple Entry Process:

The Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust has outlined that devotees will be allowed entry into the temple by scanning the QR codes on their entry passes.

A copy of the entry pass is essential for accessing the Prana Pratishtha Utsav of Bhagwan Shri Ramlalla Sarkar.
