Ramdev offers an unconditional apology during the hearing, acknowledging past mistakes and promising caution in the future.

Despite the apology, the bench asserts that the law applies equally to all and expresses skepticism about the sincerity of the apology.

Justices Kohli and Amanullah question the genuineness of the apology, highlighting the repeated violations and irresponsible behavior of Patanjali Ayurved.

The Supreme Court previously dismissed an unconditional apology from Ramdev and Balkrishna, labeling their actions as “wilful, deliberate, and repeated violations” of court orders.
